Amidst the global supply chain crisis, I contributed to the validation and manufacturing of the first mechanical ventilator made in Peru.
I managed assembly logistics and final testing protocols, working cross-functionally with engineers and doctors to transform an emergency prototype into a certified, fully functional medical device.

My role integrated structural design, manufacturing validation, and logistics optimization for global clients (McDonald's, KFC, Bembos, among others), ensuring the technical and economic viability of millions of packaging units annually.
