I pivoted Ayni from a traditional hospitality model into a digital-first living ecosystem.
Faced with a bottleneck of 6+ hours of manual daily operations, I implemented a No-Code architecture that automates the entire guest journey—from booking to check-out.
This eliminated operational friction, creating a seamless 'Phygital' experience where technology works silently to serve the community.

"Ayni" comes from Quechua: Today for you, tomorrow for me.
The project began as a family vision in the heart of Pueblo Libre: to create a sanctuary for digital nomads that felt less like a hotel and more like a home.
We named it Ayni to honor the Andean philosophy of mutual aid. The goal was to foster genuine human connection. However, we quickly realized that true hospitality is impossible when you are drowning in logistics. The dream of 'community' was clashing with the reality of spreadsheet chaos.

The Market Friction: Hostile Living
Renting in Lima is structurally hostile for young professionals. The market demands excessive financial guarantees and rigid contracts, offering only cold, isolated spaces in return.
We identified a critical gap: The user wasn't just looking for a bed to sleep in; they were seeking a launchpad for professional growth. The traditional real estate model offered walls, but denied them the network they needed to progress.
The Mission: Silent Efficiency
Our goal was to engineer a hybrid ecosystem—merging the warmth of a home with the efficiency of a workspace.
We aimed to revive the concept of the Ayllu (traditional Andean community) within a modern context. The challenge was to design a 'Silent Tech' layer: an automated system that handles 100% of the friction, ensuring the community lives in harmony, not bureaucracy.
Visual Identity: The Digital Khipu
Weaving individual stories into a collective structure.
We deconstructed the engineering of the Khipu (the ancient Incan data-knot system) to create a modular identity.
Just as the Khipu used knots to store information, our visual system uses modular blocks to represent the community. Each letter acts as a 'knot' in the weave, symbolizing how individual guests intertwine to strengthen the structure of the Ayllu. It is a visual metaphor for the project's core: Data meets Humanity.

Diagnosed a critical bottleneck: administration spent 6 hours/day filtering leads manually. I redefined the target audience to improve financial stability (reducing churn & late payments).

WhatsApp as an OS
Transformed a basic chat channel into an operating system using catalogs and quick replies. This automated the information flow, filtering out 80% of unqualified queries instantly.
Metric: 20% -> 70% Lead viability
From Hunting to Fishing
Shifted the acquisition strategy from 'Active Hunting' (manual posting in groups) to 'Passive Fishing' (Organic Local SEO). We positioned the Google Business Profile to attract high-intent users automatically.
Metric: Zero Dependency on Ads
Standardized Experience
Standardized all physical and digital touchpoints under the 'Digital Khipu' system, ensuring that the brand promise matches the on-site reality.

Vision: The network of Ayllus
From a single location to a replicable operating system.
The commercial success of the pilot proved that the Ayni OS (WhatsApp + Automation) works. Now, the vision shifts from managing a single house to orchestrating a decentralized network of communities, maintaining the human warmth while scaling operations.
